A quick and easy snack to make and eat on the go!
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup of almond meal (process raw almonds in food processor)
1/4 cup of coconut flakes
1/2 cup of brown rice flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of coconut sugar
1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup of tapioca starch
mix dry ingredients together
Wet Ingredients:
1/4 cup of coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup of almond milk
mix together then add to dry
Then bake at 375 for 15 mins
